Overview
Neusoft's after-sales service system is roughly divided into three versions to meet the response according to the granularity of customer needs- Standard Edition: Provides enterprises with standardized after-sales service management processes, assists enterprises to complete after-sales service work, and provides functions such as reporting, delivery, service, completion, and evaluation. Professional Edition: For companies with more professional after-sales service requirements, it provides exclusive spare parts, settlement, reporting, service performance and other functions. Extended version: For companies with more professional after-sales service requirements, it provides exclusive spare parts, settlement, reporting, and service performance functions.

- Real-time service positioning: During the service process, end users can obtain service progress in real time through the mobile terminal; (the mobile terminal and PC side integrate LBS service station positioning to achieve map location management of the service station) spare parts logistics information tracking (when the service station applies for transfer, enterprise managers, maintenance engineers, and end customers can keep track of the delivery progress and track logistics information in the work order through the PC or mobile app).
