Overview
ChiefClouds Customer Experience Platform is an application platform for the execution of marketing activities in an ambitious product suite. The platform provides user management, activity management, position traffic management, cross-channel automation, and loyalty engine and equity center modules for member operation scenarios to help operators within the enterprise build marketing activities in different business scenarios, track campaign results, continuously optimize marketing strategies, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
It provides one-stop integrated marketing capabilities covering scenarios such as user management, event management, public domain advertising, private locations, offline shopping guides, and CRM member operations. It connects and arranges multi-terminal collaborative marketing through marketing automation tools, and is complemented by an AI intelligent engine to effectively enhance user experience and marketing effectiveness.
Among them, the Marketing Automation (Marketing Automation) module can connect and integrate internal and external digital touchpoints with traditional terminal touchpoints, establish automated user communication and user journey guidance, intelligently match user needs and optimize user conversion paths and conversion effects in real time; Smart Sales (Smart Sales) provides efficient one-stop customer management tools and marketing tools for terminal sales or shopping guides; and has a built-in task engine with rich templates to achieve the marketing needs and KPIs of the enterprise directly to the terminal, and monitor and optimize the execution of each terminal/organization in real time ; Customer relationship management (CRM) is used to build an online and offline integrated omnichannel membership and loyalty system, create a rich content interaction and task system to increase members' activity, and convert membership value through benefits such as cards and paid members with various ways to play.
