Overview
MicroStrategy is an enterprise business intelligence (BI) application software vendor. Its platform includes a variety of features designed to help companies make data-driven decisions and optimize business processes. The MicroStrategy architecture can be deployed on a Windows or Linux server within the enterprise or as a service in the AWS cloud. Its customer interface enables users to access MicroStrategy apps and services over the web, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. In addition to its suite of development and management tools, MicroStrategy also provides a software developer kit (SDK) to customize the app and integrate it with other apps. The platform includes an API and gateway that allows users to integrate the functionality of MicroStrategy with third-party analysis tools (including Tableau and Power BI) and Microsoft Office.
