CloudX ISV Accelerator (Global Growth Program) is a 6-month Amazon Web Services Co-Sell (Co-Sell) and Market Acceleration (GTM) program designed specifically for Chinese vendors to help you quickly enter the Amazon Web Services global ecosystem, establish a stable and sustainable sales pipeline, and achieve deep collaboration with the Amazon Web Services global sales team. We provide you with: • Market entry and positioning: In-depth analysis of target market requirements and competitive patterns, match Amazon Web Services vertical industry priorities, optimize localized value propositions and sales rhetoric, and establish an Amazon Web Services ecosystem partner network (including resellers, system integrators, and industry partners). • Amazon Web Services Co-Sales Enablement: Register and manage sales pipelines through Amazon Web Services sales tools, develop joint sales strategies for different Amazon Web Services sales teams and industries, and collaborate with Amazon Web Services account managers to participate in business opportunity communication, presentations, and proposals. • Marketing and demand generation: Plan and execute joint marketing activities (targeting by industry/region), assist in the production of marketing materials and digital advertising, and plan webinars and offline events. • Continued success support: We regularly provide sales pipeline and return on investment (ROI) analysis, assist in applying for AWS-related funding projects, and develop subsequent expansion roadmaps to support the global expansion of new regions and products.
