Overview
i2Share enterprise private cloud disk management system enables enterprise-level data backup and sharing, file collaboration, cross-departmental sharing and transmission.
Full history version recovery It implements a version tracking function for files to save all historical versions; instantaneous recovery, regardless of data size; and the recycle bin function supports recovering deleted documents to avoid logical errors.
File collaboration application Supports online preview, online playback, and online document editing without plug-ins; supports process approval, collaborative discussions, and message notifications.
Perfect sharing management It can be shared with anonymous users through a link or by specifying a sharing target; the security of shared data is guaranteed through time, permissions, number of visits, passwords, etc.
Custom tag management The synchronization interface performs operations related to database synchronization; tags can be customized to facilitate document management and organization.
Secure file access When accessing shared files through the client, HTTPS encryption is used to ensure data security; external link sharing can be managed, and passwords, effective time limits can be configured, the number of times the file has been accessed, or unshared at any time.
Unified management back office The business layer provides document sharing management and use based on organizational structures such as users, groups, enterprises, etc., and quickly establishes and maintains various forms of document sharing groups; the operation and maintenance layer supports storage resource management, user space quotas, resource alerts, and report management.
Three-member management Three-member management system: system administrator/ security and security audit administrator; only the administrator has permission to operate documents; ordinary users are prohibited from accessing any files of other users; the personal document library and the enterprise document library are independent of each other to ensure security and privacy.
