Overview
As a next-generation business intelligence tool for self-service big data analysis, FineBI was independently developed by Fanruan Software Co., Ltd. to help the business departments of enterprises fully understand and utilize their data without having to wait for reports from information centers. Pricing and entitlements for this product are managed through an external billing relationship between you and the vendor. You activate the product by supplying a license purchased outside of Amazon Web Services Marketplace China, while Amazon Web Services provides the infrastructure required to launch the product. Amazon Web Services Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of the external license.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

The July update of FineBI 5.1 added hierarchical features for design users according to the performance and functionality requirements of different users, focused on optimizing performance issues, and replaced the homepage with thoughtful resource navigation, and many other detailed optimizations.
- More accurate matching of user characteristics
In order to make user requirements for performance and functionality more match the characteristics of users, BI self-service data set usage is divided into two types of users: data processing users for basic data processing and data analysis users for quick analysis. Both types of users are BI design users, and there is no distinction in LIC.
II. Enhanced self-service data set functionality
A self-service data set button is provided to set whether to extract data to prevent a large number of temporary useless data sets from taking up update resources when updating the basic table.
III. My Self-Service Data Set Enhancements
Dashboard sharing is no longer restricted by my self-service data set data permissions. Dashboards created using data from my self-service data set (including EXCEL data sets and self-service data sets) can be directly viewed by others when sharing/posting to other users. However, my self-service data set business package can only be viewed by the user itself; other users cannot view it.

Usage instructions
Linked to the operating system via ssh, the default username is “ec2-user”. Go to the /home/ec2-user/finebi5.1/bin directory and enter the command line nohup. /finebi & Start the BI project. The trial version includes a fully functional module. The maximum number of concurrent access IPs is 2. There is no limit on functionality and time. If there is a concurrent requirement for more than 2 IPs, a fee is charged according to the requirements of the function points and number of users, and the corresponding license is issued after payment.
