- Needs analysis: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and available budgets.
- Architecture design: Design a highly available, scalable, performance-optimized, and cost-effective cloud architecture according to the customer's application scenarios and goals.
- Technology selection: Select appropriate Amazon Web Services services (such as EC2, RDS, S3, etc.) and tools (such as Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.) to meet architectural requirements.
- Migration and integration
- Application migration: Assist in migrating existing local applications, databases, file systems, etc. to Amazon Web Services to ensure data security and migration efficiency.
- Hybrid cloud deployment: If customers have hybrid cloud requirements, provide integrated solutions between Amazon Web Services and local environments or other cloud services.
- Data migration and synchronization: Use Amazon Web Services' data migration services (such as Amazon Web Services DMS, Amazon Web Services Snowball, etc.) to ensure seamless data migration without disrupting business.
- Automation and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Infrastructure automation: Automate infrastructure configuration and management using tools such as Amazon Web Services CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD): Configure CI/CD pipelines (such as Amazon Web Services CodePipeline, Jenkins, etc.) to automate construction, testing, and deployment to improve development efficiency.
- Containerization and orchestration: If needed, help customers containerize applications (such as using Amazon ECS or EKS) and configure orchestration tools such as Kubernetes to manage applications.
- Security configuration and compliance enforcement
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): Configure IAM roles, policies, and permission management to ensure the principle of least privilege and enhance security.
- Network security: Configure virtual private clouds (VPC), subnets, security groups, and network ACLs to ensure that network isolation and firewall settings meet security requirements.
- Encryption and data protection: Implement data encryption, key management (Amazon Web Services KMS), backup policies, etc. to ensure the security of data during transmission and storage.
- Compliance measures: Configure auditing, monitoring, and reporting capabilities that meet the requirements in accordance with industry standards (such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Performance optimization and monitoring
- Monitoring and log management: Monitor system performance, logs, and events through tools such as Amazon Web Services CloudWatch and Amazon Web Services X-Ray to detect bottlenecks or faults in a timely manner.
