This AMI supports all types of Catalyst 8000V (C8000V) DNA licensing and uses high-performance versions of Amazon Web Services t3, c5, and c5n instances with direct I/O paths to achieve higher and more consistent SDWAN and IPsec performance. The C8000V is a full-featured Cisco IOS XE router that enables enterprise IT to deploy enterprise-grade network services within Amazon Web Services that have the same functionality as those used for local networks. It supports enterprise routing, VPNs, firewalls, high availability, IP SLA, AVC, WAN Opt, and more.
