WillCloud Cloud Management Platform is a next-generation cloud management platform independently developed by Zhixing Zhicheng. It can automatically synchronize and analyze enterprise public cloud account billing data. It also has functions such as resource overview, bill analysis, reservation matching, cost optimization, and tag management to help users plan and review cloud costs, save costs, and play the role of public cloud in all aspects.

- Detailed billing analysis: it is possible to manage tags for various business and resource categories within the account; view annual monthly bills of accounts under the name; multiple warning models that can warn of overspent expenses, idle resources, etc., and support customized alarms; and support the ability to check the usage or cost of service traffic over a period of time.
- A fully functional reservation center: Provides users with a list of reserved instances under the account; helps users understand the matches between reservations and instances in real time, the usage of purchased reservations, and the on-demand usage of instances.
- Intelligent cost optimization suggestions: Provide detailed resource purchase model suggestions by analyzing users' purchase models and actual usage; continuously monitor users' resource usage to help users maximize resource utilization and save resource costs; and remind users to shut down and delete resources in a timely manner to prevent waste of resources.
