Overview
The private deployment version of Mingdao Cloud is the product kernel that drives the APaaS service of Mingdao Cloud. Through containerization technology, we package high-performance, high-elasticity, and high-user experience APaaS (application platform) public cloud services into private deployment versions for technology-based enterprises and large and medium-sized enterprises, and provide an extremely simple operation and maintenance environment, so that customers at different levels can self-establish application center capabilities and enable digital enterprise management. Mingdao Cloud Private Deployment (MDP) can run either on an IaaS platform or on a local network built by the enterprise itself. In the POC stage and small-scale use cases, MDP provides a free community license that supports standalone deployment; in more complete departmental and enterprise use cases, Mingdao Cloud also provides commercial licenses that include high availability, multi-tenant deployment, application construction, and technical support services. At the same time, Mingdao Cloud partners distributed in various regions and industries also provide localized application construction services for commercially authorized customers. The principle behind using zero-code and low-code to build back-office business applications in an enterprise is that most of these applications are built on the two core functions of data management (CRUD) and workflow. In order to build a typical enterprise application, there are many similar steps in the design and development process. The application platform as a service (APaaS) category abstracts out these similar links and replaces the front-end and back-end design and code development process for each project through an applied approach. In order to achieve a friendly and efficient APaaS product, different vendors will use slightly different specific implementation mechanisms. The solution chosen by Mingdaoyun can be broadly described as: constructing a data model through form visualization, establishing data views for different roles on the model, implementing customized data actions and automated processes through a trigger+action mode workflow, and built-in data visualization capabilities.
Highlights
- 1. Fully visual application building platform 2. Flexible combinations of views, roles, and permissions 3. Supports visualization of architectural data relationships and forms 4. Automatic workflow in IFTTT mode
- Save time and effort, safe and easy to use, cost-effective

64-bit (x86) Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
Version release notes
In the POC stage and small use cases, MDP provides a free community license that supports standalone deployment; in more complete departmental and enterprise use cases, Mingdao Cloud also provides commercial licenses that include high availability, multi-tenant deployment, application construction, and technical support services.
Overall, it consists of the following levels:
(1) Table structure. Build a data table model (Data Model) through form visualization, and directly correspond to field types through controls. Necessary relational data structures are also implemented through related tables, formulas, related table fields, and summaries. Signatures, geolocation, members, departments, automatic numbering, etc. are meant to make it easier for users to support specific business scenarios.
(2) View. Use different types of views to define how the data is presented, including tables, boards, and hierarchies. Each view can define flexible data filtering conditions, field visibility rules, and sorting logic.
(3) Statistics. Define statistical charts directly on the worksheet, and support common bar charts, line charts, pie charts, and indicator values. Statistical charts can be created for personal use or published as charts shared by apps.
(4) Customize the page. In addition to the worksheet view, users can also create a blank page to visually configure different types of components within the page. A more common use case is to implement a management dashboard through a statistical chart component.
(5) Users, roles, and permissions. Allows apps to customize roles and define app data access, editing, deletion, and new permissions for each role in a simple or complete manner. This permission definition can be refined down to the field level. Achieve flexible application distribution by adding users or departments to roles, and fully visualize RBAC (Role-based access control).
(6) Workflow. It supports various flexible automated workflows through a simple sequence of triggers and action nodes, which can be understood as IFTTT (If This, Then That) in enterprise applications. Data changes, dynamic time, and webhook methods can all trigger workflows. In the action node, you can perform data query, locate, update, add, and delete actions, perform manual control processes such as approval and filling, send personalized notifications, and push data to external APIs. A workflow's action sequence can also be triggered manually via custom buttons attached to specific views.
Through these six levels, users can build any enterprise application based on data management and workflow with almost zero code.
